The pick-up (at your hotel in Sedona) is very early. Depending on time of year the pickup times at your Sedona area hotel vary between 4:15am-5:30am.
The Take Off:
It all starts with an early morning drive to the launch site with your pilot and professional crew. Your pickup time will vary depending on the month you are flying. The fun begins with the exciting inflation of the balloon, and before you know it, you’re soaring with eagles.
The Ride:

The Landing:

There is a 72 hour cancellation policy on this booking. You can cancel prior to 3 days in advance of the booking and receive a refund minus a 5% processing fee. Please contact us via email at contact@cobaltescapes.com to cancel/modify your reservation. You can also contact us directly at +1 928-649-3090 and speak with our reservations department. If you cancel within 3 days of activity you will forfeit the full amount paid.
Due to the unforeseen nature of adventure travel, we highly recommend purchasing a separate trip insurance policy. A policy will refund your costs if you need to cancel the trip for medical emergencies, family illness/death, work related cancellation or trip interruption.
